Dec 23, 2023 · IMO the 80s had higher highs than the 90s but also lower lows. There was a lot of amazing pop culture that came out of that decade but also some incredibly corny stuff. Overall I prefer the 90s. However, the 90s did borrow heavily from the 70s and sometimes excessively. In America, the 80s has always been given more love than the 90s.

Mixing half 75-90 with half 75-140 quietens the noisy one to almost as quiet as the quiet one. If I had 75-110, I would have used it in the noisey one. Better black uniformity. Better at handling reflections. Better on the color gamut, color volume, and gradient picture. Things the Q80 does better than the Q90: Slightly better viewing angle. Significantly better Pre-Calibration color accuracy. Post-Calibration, they're almost equal, with the Q80 barely edging it out.
